Jamie installed the ductless mini-split heat pump yesterday. Says he'll be back Tuesday to work on the ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator), which will provide fresh air throughout the house.

Modern Fan
I've picked up most of my light fixtures. Dennis, my electrician, installed the ceiling fan in the livingroom today. It's from the modern fan company and it looks great! Since my camera is broken, I drew a picture of it for you:
