Ken and I have been busy.

Here's a summary of the exterior building envelope:

Tyvek home wrap, followed by 3" expanded polystyrene foam with double 2x4 bands for nailers for the siding, followed by Wrap Shield membrane for airtightness and bulk water barrier.

Taking Control

So, Ken and I set up my new aluminum pump jack system today.  It went up pretty easily.  Now he and I can finish the exterior.

It's electric

The electrical rough in is complete.  Plumber is supposed to start Tuesday.

Here's a look at the second floor.  Straight ahead is the bathroom.  To the left is the mechanical room.  To the right, you fall down to the first floor.

I built a door today to keep the neighborhood thieves away from my copper.
